As far as the uneven distribution of your hair oils, that is why people use brushes. Haven’t you ever heard about brushing your hair 100 times to make it nice and shiny? That is to distribute the hair oils all along your hair strands so it doesn’t build up at the base.
The other option is to wash your hair daily and use a good conditioner which also has to be well distributed all over all your hair and scalp and then properly rinsed. Then dry your hair with a towel and give yourself a good head massage.
Ask a doctor. Unless you are a man experiencing male pattern baldness, it’s not normal to lose quantities of hair.
